In their opinion, by surfing the Internet through the mobile phones, they can know about the latest information anytime and anywhere they like, which will broaden our horizons. Moreover, It’s convenient for them to keep in touch with their parents and friends. At the same time, it provides many functions, thus making them relaxed. However, about 40% of the students hold the opposite opinion, arguing that it’s a waste of time to play games and chat online through mobile phones. Worse still, there is a lot of harmful information online, which surely has a bad effect on teenagers. Being addicted to online games does great harm to their life as well as their studies.

As far as I’m concerned, teenagers can surf the Internet through mobile phones on condition that they can make use of it. Besides, our government should take measures to ensure a safer online environment for teenagers.
