Process to apply for Aadhaar Card:

steps: Find an enrollment centre near you. Log on to https://aadharcarduid.com/aadhaar-card-center to find the centre. book an appointment online. website https://aadharcarduid.com/aadhaar-card-apply-online Arrange the supporting documents which require 1 proof of identity, 1 proof of address and 1 proof of date of Birth.  fill the enrolment form. The enrolment form is available online also on https://uidai.gov.in/images/uid_download/enrolment_form.pdf. take printout from there Submit the enrolment form along with supporting documents. submit biometric proof also. you will get an acknowledgment slip for your enrollment. Aadhaar number will be sent to your address through post. It can take up to 90 days (3 months) for the Aadhaar card to be sent to you.

Process to download Aadhaar card

Steps: Visit the e-Aadhaar website. Choose ‘Enrolment ID’ or ‘Aadhaar’. Enter your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID and other details Click on ‘Get One Time Password’. You will receive the password on your phone via a text message. Input the OTP and click on ‘Validate and Download’. The e-Aadhaar card will be downloaded on your computer. To open the e-Aadhaar card, you will have to enter a password as the file is password protected. This password will be your PIN Code

Process to Verify your Aadhaar card:

Steps: Visit the official UIDAI website. Choose the option “Aadhaar services” present at the bottom of the page. Choose the option “Aadhaar Verification” present on the page. The link will redirect you to the Resident Portal of UIDAI or the Aadhaar Kiosk. Choose the option “Verify Aadhaar”. Enter your 12 digit unique Aadhaar number in the space provided. Once you’ve entered your Aadhaar number, enter the security code. Choose the option “Submit”.  

process To Update Aadhaar Details Online

steps:   Log on to the official Aadhaar Self Service Portal (SSUP) at https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/web/guest/update Enter your Aadhaar Card number in the field provided. Enter the Text Verification number that appears below the card number field and click “Generate OTP”. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number, and you can use this to log in to your Aadhar account. you will be directed to a page called the “Data Update Request” page, where you must indicate which data is incorrect on the card and how you wish to update it. The next section after this is the “Documents Required” section where you will have to upload an official copy of a recognized document that validates the required change. Once this is done, you will move forward to the “BPO Service Provider Selection” section wherein you will have to choose the BPO Service Provider. Choose either Aegis or Karvy, and hit submit.
