53 On Demand Examination The computer based exam facilitates
To schedule the exam on desired date, time slot and in the nearby designated Examination center of SCDL, at own convenience. We have more than 54 designated SCDL Examination centres across India in all major cities Examination Instructions will be made available in student centre tentatively by mid of Sept 2013

Each Examination comprises of objective and Subjective questions (out of 70 marks) Objective questions (out of 60 marks) Subjective questions ( out of 10 marks) ( 2 questions of 5 marks each) Needs to be appeared in the designated Examination center of SCDL

56 Examination Procedure
Hard copy of exam form required to be send along with applicable exam fees for the subjects wish to appear Once exam form is received, it gets processed in next 3 to 5 working days Students can book their exam slot up to 29th of current month ( as per the exam form processed date ) Exams can be taken from 1st to 30th/31st of every month Printout of Hall Ticket and SCDL Identity Card is required for scheduled exams Result declaration on SCDL website on 1st of every month ( for the exams appeared in previous month )

57 Project Report Submissions
Project Report Submissions is a compulsory academic component of enrolled program Hard Copy to be submitted at the end of II / IV Semester for the management/ EHS programs Soft Copy to be submitted for the PGDIT and PGDID programs Guidelines will be available in Student Centre

58 e-Communication centre
Call Centre Telephonic helpline assistance on 020 – – ( Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) Basic queries guidance will be provided through call centre e-Communication centre Handling students queries received by (response time is next 3-4 working days )

59 Important instructions
It is recommended that student shall complete the program within program validity period Upon successful completion of all academic components, diploma certificate and final mark list will get dispatched to student’s communication address with in working days from the date of completion of program
