2. Introduction
The task for applying driving licence has become easy. You can visit the ministry’s website which is Sarathi, fill in the online application form and submit the required documents.

3. Step 1: Fill in the online application form
Log on to Sarathi website, Download and fill in the required parts which are marked as red, and submit it online. For applicants who are less than 18 years of age need to download and print the application form take the signature of their parent of guardian and then upload & submit it.

4. Step 2: Submit the required Documents:
Below are the list of documents that needs to uploaded and submitted on the website.
Proof of residence
Three passport size photos
Proof of age
Proof of citizenship
Learner’s application form
Permanent address
Learner’s license
Certificate from a recognized driving school
Documents relating to the type of vehicle to operate. This might be a motorcycle, personal vehicle or transport vehicle.
Once you’re done upload the documents, you will receive an SMS or , to track the status of your application.

6. Appointment for Learner License Test
To fix the meeting choose “Appointment for LL Test” under the “Online Transaction with Sarathi” Section.
After clicking on that Link, you’ll see “LL Slot Booking” option in the navigation Bar. Choose “LL Test For Online Applicants” thereafter. You’ll require Application Form number & Birthdate in order to login to fix the Test timings.
Choose the appropriate date-time of your convenience & be there with the following proofs along with the printout of your appointment letter.

One can get information about his/her vehicles for website of ministry of road transport.
