Pinta island Pinta island is also home to swallow tailed gulls marine iguans sparrow hawks fur seals and a number of other birds and mammals. The marine iguana is an iguana found only on the Galapagos I slands that has the ability unique among modern lizards to forage in the sea.

Isla Marchena The seventh largest island in the Galapagos, Isla Marchena is just 130 sq km in size. Also known as Bindloe Island, Isla Marchena is off limits to visitors due to the sensitive nature of its environment. However, there are a number of good scuba diving sites in the area around the island, which make a boat trip out here definitely worthwhile. Very close to Isla Pinta and lying in the northern part of the archipelago, Isla Marchena has a 343 meter high volcano in the center of the island. This volcano was very active in the 1990’s and during this period it was possible to catch a glimpse of the volcano erupting as your boat would cruise by. The last time the volcano erupted here was in 1991

Isla Fernandina Fernandina Island is the third largest, and youngest, island of the Galápagos Islands. The island is an active shield volcano that has been erupting since April 11, 2009.[1] It is the westernmost of the islands in the archipelago, and was named in honor of King Ferdinand of Spain, who sponsored the voyage of Christopher Columbus.

Isla Isabela Isabela Island is the largest island of the Galápagos, almost four times larger than Santa Cruz, the second largest of the archipelago. It was named after Queen Isabella of Spain. The Island strides the equator.
