3 THE GALAPAGOS PENGUIN Diet
The Galapagos penguin is a penguin that comes from the Galapagos islands. It is the only penguin that lives north of the equator in the world! The main pray they eat is small fish, like mullets and sardines. Back to page 2

4 island Isabela The island is the largest of the Galapagos islands with an area of 4,640 square km and a length of 100 km. The island is almost 4x larger than Santa cruz (the second largest island of Galapagos. Fun fact: The island Isabela was named in honour of queen Isabela of Spain who sponsored the voyage of Columbus

5 THE BLUE FOOTED BOOBIE. The blue footed bobbies is a bird that lives on the islands of Galapagos. The blue footed booby is a marine bird in the family salidae. Fun fact: The female is slightly larger than the male and can measure up to 90cm long with a wingspan of up to 1.5 m!

6 Island Espanola Espanola is part of the Galapagos islands. The English translation for Isla Espanola is hood island. It is located in extreme southeast of Galapagos island and is founds along with Isla Santa fee, that is one of the oldest islands approximately 4 million years old! Land iguana Fun fact: It is estimated that Between 500 and10,000 land iguanas are found in the Galapagos. The Galapagos land iguana are a species of lizard in the family in the family iguanidae. facts Conolphus subcristatus Latin name colour yellowish length Over 1 m (3.3ft)

8 Island Pinta Pinta island also know as Abingdon island after the Earl of Abindon. Pinta has an area of 60km2 and maximum of 777 m. Island pinta is home to swallow tailed iguanas, sparrow howks, fur seals and more.
