A gender sensitive organization should meet the following criteria in its practices: First, the balance of women and men on the staff should include a significant number of women. Second, there should be a significant number of women in management positions in the organization. Third, an organization should have a gender friendly environment. Fourth, the organization should also to develop an organizational culture and values that do not define its ways of working as sex specific.
