Required Courses Must meet minimum graduation requirements Additional required courses for the Global Scholars diploma include: Global Issues (one semester) 9th or 10th grade AND 11th or 12th grade Exhaust the curriculum in chosen global language i.e. AP Latin IV, AP Spanish V, or AP French V Take AP Environmental Science or Environmental Studies

Badge Requirements Students can earn Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 badges from the Columbus Council on World Affairs and GlobalEd Network based on their participation in their events and corresponding assignments. Eligibility for a badge is based on a point system. Students must earn all three badges during their four years at GHS to earn the Global Scholars Diploma.
