Reading Articles & Ebooks on Your Mobile Device There are several ways to read articles and ebooks on your mobile device. Use the Ashford App to get into the library Download an app (IOS, Android) from ebrary or EBSCOhost 3. Email an article to yourself and access it on your device

1. Accessing articles and ebooks on your device through the Ashford App

You can access the Ashford Library by downloading the Ashford University App and clicking the Ashford Library button

2. Using other mobile apps to read articles and ebooks on your device

There are three steps to set up ebrary on your mobile device ebrary mobile app ebrary now has two dedicated mobile apps – one for the iPad®, iPhone®, and iPod touch® and one for Android™. Click on Sign In to create an account Create an Adobe ID at http://adobe.com Download the App and use your ebrary login and your Adobe ID to configure your app

3. Reading articles by emailing them to yourself

Reading articles on your mobile device by emailing them to yourself What you will need: 1. The ability to access your email on your device 2. The ability to read PDF documents on your device

When you find an article you want to read, click on PDF Full Text Here are the steps to email yourself an article. The details of the process will depend on the tools within the database. When you find an article you want to read, click on PDF Full Text

Check to see if the database has an email tool, usually designated by an envelope icon. If so, click on it to send the PDF to your email

Then, send an email to yourself and attach the PDF If the database does not have a email tool, save the PDF to your computer. Then, send an email to yourself and attach the PDF
