Ten Reasons To Rejoice

Rejoice Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

1. Rejoice Because God Daily Loads Us With Blessings Psalm 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

2. Rejoice Because We Are Blessed With Friends Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity. Proverbs 18:24 A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. ESV

3. Rejoice Because God Has Blessed Us With Family Psalm 127:3-5 Ephesians 6:1-3 Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the LORD.

4. Rejoice Because God Has Blessed Us With Brethren Philippians 1:3-4 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4 always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, 1 Thessalonians 3:12 And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you,

Rejoice Because God Knows Us 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.“ Luke 10:20 20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven."

Rejoice Because God Loves Us 1 John 4:9 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:16 16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

7. Rejoice Because God Has Forgiven Us Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

8. Rejoice Because God Is Always With Us Hebrews 13:5-6 5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." 6 So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me? Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

9. Rejoice Because God Hears Our Prayers 1 John 5:14-15 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

10. Rejoice Because We Will Be With God Himself In Heaven Mark 16:19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. Cf.
