Initiatives & Plans Recruit minorities, women, international and academia members to balance representation Reach out to small business and start-ups to invite young entrepreneurs to the TCM forum. Financial Status and Other Activities Not applicable. The TCM does not a financial report because it does not have any independent funds.

Forum Participation TCM participates in SciTech, Defense, Aviation and Aeronautics, Propulsion and Energy, and Space and Astronautics Forums. Top 3 successes form TCM Forum Special session regarding the integration and promotion of minorities in the aerospace workforce Special session regarding challenges associated with dealing with small, non-traditional companies as a DoD contractor. Tour of Langley AFB facility, home of the F-22 Raptor Demo Team Top 3 disappointments from TCM Forum Representation of minorities in the TCM forum is below the average of the aerospace sector No international participation to the TCM How can we improve the Forums? Emphasize interaction with students and young professionals Invite presentations from companies not in the aerospace field. What aerospace management can learn from the challenges of companies in the bio, electronics, cyber, and energy fields.
