FACTS Big disparity in performance Problems with connectivity
Logistics performance index World bank Ethiopia Logistics performance index Ranked #126 By World Bank There is a potential for the growth of air freight: comparing to peers with upper middle income, the volume of Air Freight to/from Georgia is very low. According to World Bank World Development Indicators, Georgia has one of a poor logistics performance among the countries with upper middle income. Improving of Logistics performance, including track and trace and custom clearance processes as well as trade and transport related infrastructure, can help to facilitate freight forwarders activities and increase the volume of the air cargo. This is especially important for the development of e-commerce.
