RAMSeS Timeline Complete Funding Announcement Proposal Preparation Internal Documentation for RAMSeS Internal Documents Complete Submit RAMSeS file minimum 7 to 5 days prior to deadline Sponsor Application Deadline Continue finalizing external application with OOR & OSP Notify OSP in an EMAIL when you are ready to submit Research Administration Management System and eSubmission [portal]: A funding Announcement is made 90-30 days in advance of a deadline READ the funding announcement criteria and convene appropriate expertise to fulfill the funding agency interests and your own research and scholarly career agenda Work with your College grants program specialist to prepare required items UNDERSTAND the timeline to routing RAMSeS for internal approvals alters depending on partners/ collaborators, internal SOM and external; the time line minimum requires 14-to-10 day advance routing
