The Findings of the Auditor-General Audit: unqualified Matters of emphasis: - fruitless and wasteful expenditure of R1 127 000 due to, among many other things, late payment of licence fees and dormant fuel cards. - irregular expenditure of R3 399 000 resulting from non- compliance with supply chain management processes.

The Findings of the Auditor-General Information provided to the AG not corresponding with source documents e.g. SAPS 13 Documents such as CAS printouts not made available to AG for data verification purposes. Lack of oversight and leadership by managers at station and unit level

THE END THANKS!
