Benefits of being part of the SHRN Provides the school with hard data regarding well-being Provides the school with measures of outcomes regarding well-being within the school Provides an indication of trends within year groups as well as a whole school picture Provides an indication of trends over a number of years Provides the school with support and CPD regarding health issues and well-being Provides a tool to initiate discussions

Review and shape the curriculum  Target interventions for either year groups or whole school Work alongside external agencies with a greater focus and direction Track impact of curriculum changes and interventions Tool for discussion around pupil voice Departmental self evaluation and planning Whole school self evaluation and planning Raise the status of PSE and health and well-being agenda

How has it helped myself professionally? CPD Gaining extra responsibility with the school Raising the status of PSE  Provided evidence to back up my ideas in moving forward

Moving forward Looking to manage it differently next year as restrictions to IT equipment Introducing Bryngwyn into the network and working with them in their first experience of participating in the survey Helping Bryngwyn how they can understand the data Greater interaction with school council prior to the survey Greater interaction with school council regarding the results Greater interpretation and discussion of the data provided at a senior level
