Partner Feedback Between January 2016 and March 2017, we worked with Aran Services on a National Energy Action project supporting individuals living in fuel poverty who needed new or replacement heating systems or insulation. The company completed 115 installations during that time and we have had some very good customer feedback. - Teresa Howarth – Suffolk Coastal DC Braintree District Council is happy to provide a reference for Aran Services and on behalf of Uttlesford District Council. Aran Services have been and continue to partner with Braintree and Uttlesford Councils to offer our residents with the opportunity to insulate and in some cases heat their homes. A consistently strong ECO offer has been promoted to our residents, the whole process is light touch from our point of view and easy to access. Reports are provided directly to us to support our HECA obligations. Last year more than 400 homes were insulated across the 2 districts, with our largest local RSL also working with Aran Services. Their high quality service is supported by our residents positive feedback. - Mark Wilson – Braintree and Uttlesford Councils
