Scoring System Assessment Why is it important to discuss the scoring with your team before conducting the RDQA?

Scoring System Assessment Emphasize to the workshop participants that before they start collecting data, they need to define within their teams how to code information, i.e. as yes- completely, partly, or no- not at all. Definitions must be established by the RDQA team before starting site visits. For many procedure documentation questions, “completely” means the procedure is written down & implemented. If more than one staffer can explain the procedure but it’s not written, you can score “partly.”
