2 MODULE 2: Learning Objectives
By the end of this module, participants will be able to: Define and identify key health indicators Define key data-collection concepts Name the major steps in planning data collection Map data flows and identify who is responsible for using different types of tools to collect data Identify several tools for data collection and reporting Identify methods of collecting routine health information and related data Identify challenges in collecting the data and how to overcome them Explain gender-sensitive and sex- and age-disaggregated data and their links to data-collection tools
