AMCHS EXAM EXEMPTION PROCESS 2012-2013 Starting Monday, Dec. 17, there will be exemption cards available for pick-up before school and during all lunches in the cafeteria.    In order to receive a card: 1.  You must be up to date and cleared of all missing textbooks, library fines, money owed for ID's, parking tickets, and any other fines (such as a novel, a lab fee, etc.).  2.  You must also meet the discipline requirements of "no more than 3 days of ISS" and "no major violations“ Once cleared, you will be issued your card and a "sticker" of approval will be placed on it.  From this point, it is your responsibility to take your card to the teachers in which you are trying to exempt for official completion.  Once you have obtained your final signatures for exemption, you must turn your card into your 5th period final exam on the first day of finals (Wed. Dec. 19).
