Immaculate Conception Academy HSO Defined HSO Definition: Immaculate Conception Academy’s Home and School Organization is a group of parents, grandparents, and guardians who volunteer their time, energy, and talent in support of the students and their families. ICA HSO also provides financial support for multiple departments, school events, capital improvements, and many other projects. ICA’s HSO Goals: Bringing together the school and family by fostering a community environment through the coordination of family oriented events. Coordinating fund raising activities in an effort to raise money for activities and supplies that will benefit the children in the school.
