Deadline for adding a primary provider for each student on your caseload by Sept 15th
Deadline for adding Service providers for each student on your caseload by Sept 15th

4. Nov Dec
Complete and finalize all IEP’s due on or before November 30th, by November 1st
Verify all Primary and Service providers have been added
December Count

5. End of Year Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun
Complete and finalize all IEP’s from the current school year by May 1st
Before leaving for Summer Break:
Remove all Service providers
Remove all Primary providers and Team Members
Delete caseload
End of Year
