In 2000, the City and Lynch’s Landing, Inc In 2000, the City and Lynch’s Landing, Inc. initiated a master plan effort. The plan established a long-term direction for the area that would provide a framework for decision-making. Key design and planning princples were to – Create a Downtown walking loop Celebrate stairs Connect neighborhoods with Downtown Reinvent the River as a place Acknowledge gateways And Intertwine programmed activities, park design and economic development.

Parking – Previous Studies Studies done in 2007 and 2012 Concluded that while there was a parking surplus, issues with inconsistent utilization and connectivity existed Fee for on-street parking Better options for long term visitor parking Wayfinding to assist visitors in finding parking

Mobility Hub Mobility Hubs are a transit access point with frequent transit service, high development potential and a critical point for trip generation or transfers within the transit system.
