Progress and changes since 2015 workshop LHC Science Completed objectives: LARP: Build 4 long Nb3Sn coils for 1st quadrupole magnet prototype Future colliders: Document physics case and scope for a future collider Completed milestones related to objectives: Achieved CD-0 for CMS phase 2 HL-LHC upgrade. Achieved CD-0 for HL-LHC Accelerator Upgrade Project (AUP). FNAL CMS detector groups compiled individual facilities/expertise reports. Changes to objectives: Added crab cavities to US scope for HL-LHC AUP. LARP objectives updated to reduce dependence on additional funding.
