Suggestion: we identify three and address them…. 1 issue for teachers 1 issue for students I issue for VU as a university…. What issue seems both important and possible to solve? Just NAME it, don’t start to solve it……

Suggested solution? Use the good practice principles…. Create an environment where it’s safe to experiment, coping with not being as good as others (e.g. work in small groups) State explicit rules creating norms for language use (what’s important and what’s not) Give useful feedback on language use (don’t trip over small mistakes and don’t correct everything)
