When you’ve answered all the questions, you’ll see this When you’ve answered all the questions, you’ll see this. Just check the boxes I’ve checked. Check your ethnicity. Choose the $0 - $20,000 income level.

This is so that if you lose your copy of the report, you can come to me and I’ll be able to access a copy to print for you. I won’t be looking at these for any other reason – they are confidential between you and me.

If you click on this, you will see your very own character strengths report.

Your very own character strengths report Your very own character strengths report!! Number 1 is your top strength, number 2 your second strongest etc. Have a read and look at the handout sheet to see/understand your top strengths. SAVE IT somewhere/email it to yourself!

What if I don’t understand my strengths? Each character strength is defined and explained with examples on the VIA character website. The link to this is on the Year 10 Onstream page here

You’ll find each of the 24 strengths listed here You’ll find each of the 24 strengths listed here. Click on your top one to find out more information about it.

Perseverance is MY top strength! What does perseverance mean? If I’m not sure, how do I find out? On these pages you can see video clips that demonstrate that character strength, songs, movies and examples to help explain it to you.

You could then google image search that character strength! Here’s one I found for perseverance! These might help you understand YOUR character strengths even more?

What is the significance of this? What use is this for my daily life? My top strength is perseverance. That means I won’t stop trying until I have finished. Year 10 camp 2016. Peel Forest. 22 students. 6 of whom had never walked for more than about an hour before. They had NEVER walked up a mountain! I WASN’T giving up on them. THEY ALL MADE IT TO THE TOP!! They were AMAZING! I needed to dig deep to use all my perseverance and patience to encourage them to the top.

…how can YOU use YOUR strengths to help YOU in your school, home, sporting, cultural, family life and friendships?
