CURRENT INCENTIVES Kicker Student Loan Repayment REB Bonuses GI Bill $200 ROTC/ OCS/ WOCS $350 Current 6 yr contract, DMOSQ and E5 and below Student Loan Repayment Pays up to 15% of dispersed loan amount annually Maximum $7,500 a year Soldiers must complete an annual 2475 and keep loan out of default E7 and below, DMOSQ, less than 16 year TIS REB Bonuses E7 and below, DMOSQ, less than 13 year TIS Soldier Non-DMOSQ due to reorganization are eligible 2 Year REB= $4000, 6 Year REB= $12,000 Student loan repayment: BCC or readiness NCOs getting a DD2475 (payment form for SLRP completed yearly)summary of loans needs to be printed within 30 days of date of eligibility. Call SSG Herpel or wait for instruction email. Under the pilot program the 2475s do not need to be signed by the lenders, only the soldier.

Lately we’ve seen a lot of undergrade positions which terminates bonuses.

Education Programs Overview Wisconsin Tuition Grant Reimbursement Program 8 Semesters full time up to UW Madison Rate (DMA 189E) Applies to in-state schools while in a drilling status Soldiers with a bachelors degree are NOT eligible Federal Tuition Assistance (WWW.GOARMYED.COM) Pays tuition up to $250 per credit $4500 per FY Up to 16 semesters hours per fiscal year Primarily used for Masters programs and online programs Officers incur a 4 year Reserve Duty Service Obligation
