Recreational Sailing Sail recreationally every week at Claytor Lake The club facilitates lake days almost every Sunday during the season Anyone can use the listserv to set up a lake day at any time Minimum of 4 people, two of which must be skippers

Claytor Lake State Park We are very lucky to have a great relationship with the State Park and CLSA This does require maintenance and other work from us We have a couple work days per semester to clean, maintain, and upgrade the site

Bringing friends Bring your friends for $10 and make sure they sign the liability form

Regattas We compete in the MAISA sailing conference Travel to 4-5 regattas per semester They are a great time and everyone should go to at least one before they graduate, but we do require sailing experience

How to Join the Club All that is required to join are paid dues and a signed liability form Blank liability forms can also be found on Gobbler Connect Dues are $125 for the year or $70 per semester Can be paid at any time, but must be paid in order to participate in club activities Where do dues go? Welcome Week Series of events aimed at letting new people get to know the club Held soon after Gobblerfest You do NOT need to participate in welcome in welcome week to join the club $10 to participate. Should you decide to join, the $10 will be discounted from your dues

Welcome Week Schedule Fall 2014 Lake Day: Sunday 9/14 Sail at the lake, have some food, hang out Grill and Chill: Wednesday 9/17 Have some more food and relax Social: Friday 9/19 Lake Day: 9/21
