No Taxation Without Representation Use the map found on page 113 of the textbook to analyze the impact of the Proclamation of 1763: What did the Proclamation of 1763 state? How do you think the colonists felt about the proclamation? Why did the British government believe the proclamation was necessary? Why would Britain have wanted to prevent conflict with the Native Americans?
