2015-2016 Statistics 98.61% of active chapters were certified 70 this previous year vs. 78 the year before 9 chapters were not certified as of 80th Province Council
Changes and Challenges
Conclave Year Grand Chapter Meeting registration is not available until October 1. Chapters that submit for Fall intake will be “Conditionally Certified” if all other certification requirements are approved by October 1. Grand Chapter fees must be paid and proof submitted to AA by Oct. 3rd. No Exceptions

Dates to Remember 10/01 - Fall MTA Certification Deadline 10/03 - Grand Chapter Registration Due (for Fall MTA eligibility) 10/20 - Deadline to submit certification to your AA 10/31 - Regular Certification Deadline
Make every effort to submit to you area Administrative Assistants before the deadlines. Plan your submissions to allow enough time for them to review and request corrections if necessary. If packets are incorrect and received at deadline, credit will not be given as being submitted on time and packet will be returned for corrections and subject to fines.
Extras Online webinars can be offered as needed AAs will be contacting you about your status before 10/20 to help identify any problems that might cause a delay so it can be resolved
