ONE.uf.edu dashboard/Portal Building UF’s new home for online self service functionality. ONE.UF will serve students, faculty and staff, and will be the launch point of many COMPASS Program projects. In the future, the ONE.UF portal will be the bridge to PeopleSoft functionality.

ONE.uf.edu dashboard/Portal The ONE.UF Project has two goals today: Rebrand existing online functions under the umbrella of ONE.UF. Overhaul and modernize applications one at a time. Over time, more and more functions will be modernized and published to ONE.UF. Dashboard will evolve as ONE.UF grows.

ONE.UF/ISIS Rebranding Launches February 19th

ONE.UF/ISIS Rebranding On February 19th, a new tile will appear on one.uf.edu. Student Self Service This is the feature that will replace ISIS. In addition, a new banner will be posted that links to a new “about” page for ONE.UF.

Re-Direction and ISISadmin Beginning February 19th, all ISIS urls will redirect to student.ufl.edu. I.e. if a student types in isis.ufl.edu, they will be automatically redirected to student.ufl.edu. ISISAdmin? isis.ufl.edu/admin will redirect to student.ufl.edu/admin. The name and logo will also change to StudentAdmin. These are the only changes to ISISAdmin at this time. I.e. there will continue to be mentions of ISISAdmin on the site.

One.uf schedule of courses ONE.UF has modernized the Schedule of Courses. one.uf.edu/soc The ONE.UF Schedule of Courses is accessible from: one.uf.edu registrar.ufl.edu/soc The ONE.UF SOC was announced to the Course Scheduling List Serve and then went live in May 2015. This is an update and enhancement, but not a replacement at this point.

One.uf schedule of courses The ONE.UF Schedule of Courses is search based. Students can use as many or as few filters as they’d like. Previous SOC was list based. No log on required. The ONE.UF Schedule of Courses is separate application from the previous Schedule of Courses. Both applications read the same data.

One.uf registration & my schedule Soft launch in December 2015. Up to now it was a pilot. The Summer & Fall 2016 Advance Registration Periods are the official Rollout for ONE.UF Registration. The ONE.UF Registration application incorporates: The ONE.UF Schedule of Courses search functions and results. The same Add Module and Drop Module code from Student ISIS. This is an update and enhancement, but not a replacement at this point.

One.uf registration & my schedule Design is very similar to ISIS Registration. Students will still have to complete normal pre-registration requirements. RegPrep Emergency Contact Information Update Local Address Update Appointment Display available on the term select.

One.uf registration & my schedule ONE.UF Registration functions combine ISIS Registration and Schedule Display. Registration Appointments do not begin until the student attempts to Add or Search for an Open Course. There are several different views for students to see their schedule. Each view has a “More Details” option for every section.

ONE.UF Registration will additionally: Check if the student is a traditional campus student, Innovation Academy or UF Online. Check if the student is undergraduate or graduate in the Add Verification step. Check for the Repeat Course Surcharge in the Add Verification step.

ONE.UF Registration Go to one.uf.edu, then chose the Registration option. Student.ufl.edu will have an announcement and the registration pages will have a banner linking to ONE.UF Registration.
