9U* Fully online sections must be paired with a main campus online course (99*/9X/9U*) “mirrored section.”
The enrollment could increase. Be careful about releasing 9U seats.
2 weeks before every term check to see if you should release seats. (9U* sections usually fill up quicker-main campus course(s) could be released).
Webcast courses - we need to know prior to you building/Scheduling them.
Webcast courses should never be scheduled as 9U* sections. Unapproved to be using for e-learning courses.

SSATEXT is open year round. Notes to the student can be added even if SWASECT is closed.

20. E-Update Form Ualr.edu/records/schedule-change password: courses (all lowercase)
Purpose of the E-Update Form:
Created to help departments make schedule adjustments after SWASECT has closed for the term they wish to adjust.
The form may be used to make multiple changes to a single course.
The form can also be used to make changes to multiple courses such as cross-listing or linking course. (i.e., Link Lab and Lecture courses together)

Reasons to stop using this Scheduling tool:
This tool is a deficient reference in comparison to more advanced tools we have such as Schedule Planner, BOSS and UA Little Rock Class Search.
Hasn’t been maintained in years and will not be updated in the future
Sometimes has issues showing WEB courses
Doesn’t display notes
Bare bones interface
Displays information incorrectly (i.e., will list labs before lectures)
Please do not (EVER) use as any type of scheduling guide for students or faculty members!

24. How to Run Reports From Class Search
Go to a.ualr.edu/classes/
On the homepage select the Semester, Campus, Level and enter a Keyword (such as the course title or subject) and select the desired Class or Subject option from the drop down menu.

3. From the criteria selected, you will get a list of all undergraduate classes related to Biology held in Summer 2018.

26. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option “Export all Results”.
5. Click on Export all Results and it will export all results in to a .csv file, which you can open in Microsoft Excel.
