An Area Manager is responsible for Multiple Branches. Each user should see data of his / her own sandbox. The information displayed to a user about a given application should be based on his role.

Gruh Finance Limited Part-I: Inquiry can orginate from Portal - the website will have a functionality added which allows prospective clients to request for a loan online. All requisite data will be entered by the user on this form. The application will have a verification mechansim to weed out spam applications. Once an inquiry is generated, it should become visible to the Branch Manager of the Branch / Area selected by the Applicant. The Branch Manager will be provided a Task List of all new Inquiries that need to be acted upon. The Branch Manager will allocate a particular Inquiry to one of the Staff Users of his own branch.

Gruh Finance Limited Part-I (Continued...): Each Staff User will have a Task List to manage the Inquiries assigned to them. The Staff User who has been assigned the Inquiry is responsible for communicating with the Customer | GRA | 3rd Party Agents to procure the required information and documents. All communication should be managed through the application. Triggering of an email would be required at each level. In case of multiple applicants on a loan application, the required information and documents are to be procured for each applicant. The Staff User upon collecting all the required information and documents marks the process as complete for the collection phase and sends the application back to the Branch Manager.

Gruh Finance Limited Part-II: The Branch Manager, based on the requirements of each application, further assigns to Advocate Verifications Person Valuations Person During the assignment, the Branch Manager can choose to select the documents to be shared to each of the person independently.

Gruh Finance Limited Part-II (Continued...): The Advocate, Verifications Person & Valuations Person will have their own Task Lists of applications assigned to them. Each will be able to see the details of the application on need-to-know basis along with the application specific documents shared with them. The Advocate, Verifications Person & Valuations Person will be provided a functionality to provide notes and upload their Report for each application. Once all the information and documents for the loan application are received from all required agencies, the supporting data gathering / information and verifications process is considered to have been completed. The Branch Manager will be able to view the status for each Application in his task list.
