Project Propose Protection of Tillman Creek, riparian, wetland, and upland forest habitats Salmonid fish identified: Coho & Rainbow Trout (Mid-C. Steelhead) Life history: spawning (potential)& rearing juveniles Tillman Creek loss of connection to Yakima River (May to fall rains) Flow supplementation from KRD & LaRiviere Creek = full connection to Yakima River Flow supplementation causes flooding of target property No known agreement (in writing) to flood target property (current landowner has verbally agreed)
