Inventory and assess opportunities to enhance habitat for fish while maintaining the diversion of irrigation water in this historic side channel of the Yakima River. Identify options for improved control of water diverted from the Yakima River, management of sediment, flooding issues, and protection and enhancement of existing and potential fish habitat.
