Types of Pcb Rigid Pcb - Rigid PCBs are designed and manufactured mainly using copper and FR4 materials. This type of pcbs are known for their noiseless operation, immovable surface, and compact sizes. Flexible PCBs - The benefits of flex PCBs are a reduction in size and weight, ability to undergo numerous bending cycles, and can be used in harsh application environments. Multilayer PCBs -  These circuit boards are known for their small sizes, immense densities, increased flexibility, and strong EMI shielding.  Burn-in PCBs - The burn-in process is performed to see whether the PCBs and their components can withstand high temperatures, and immense amounts of stress

Types of Pcb Lead-free PCBs - Lead free solder allows for dramatic size reductions, tighter pitches, and easier PCB mass production. Single Sided PCBs -  They are cost-effective platforms, and are suitable for low density designs. Single sided PCBs can be manufactured quickly due to their simple design. High Temperature PCBs - The use of these materials ensure that the PCB will not suffer from mechanical stresses, electrical impedances, dielectric losses.  High Reliability PCBs - These PCBs are used in challenging environments, and are designed to maintain stability and performance reliability. 

PCB Assembly Equipment Our facility includes a variety of workstations, prepping equipment, assembly lines, two production lines, and assorted systems for PTH and SMT processes. PCB Materials The below list features some materials that we regularly work with: FR-4: FR is an abbreviation of Flame Retardant. This material is a glass fiber epoxy laminate, and a popular PCB material. The material derives its flame retardant qualities from a resin binder. FR-5: This is a glass fabric reinforced material featuring an epoxy resin binder for high temperature applications. FR-5 exhibits excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures and humid conditions.  FR-3: This material features a composition of an epoxy resin binder and hard paper. This is used for budget-friendly consumer electronics. CEM Materials: CEM is an abbreviation for Composite Epoxy Materials, which refers to a group of composite materials produced from non-woven glass, woven glass fabric surfaces.

Full Range of Application Process: We provide a full range of application process such as batch spraying, vapor deposition, robotic coating, brushing, and dipping. Curing and Drying: We provide convection, ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) curing facilities. Quality Control Processes: we provide contamination and cleaning testing, viscosity monitoring, thickness and adhesive measurement, humidity inspection, and black light inspection of the circuit.
