CACHE full time with work experience Full time courses with no exams working in the community preparing you for a job or to go on to University. CACHE with Children allows you to progress to Primary School Teacher, Nursery Nurse (Early Years Practitioner) CACHE with Adults allows you to progress to Nursing, Midwifery, Social work, Working with Vulnerable adults.

Business Business Studies – Year 12/13 always go to London to learn about Business In Business you learn about Personal and Business Finance, Marketing, Economics, Setting up your own business, Managing your own Event, International business. Progression This gives you an all round education about the world of work and increases your job opportunities in a wide range of sectors. Accountancy, Personnel, Banking, Stock Broker, Marketing, Sales, Be an Entrepreneur External and Internal assessments with more than 1 opportunity to succeed.

Business Full time course This year we are running the full time Business course due to popular demand. Students see it as an all round course that gives them practical experience and knowledge for their future careers and is especially popular with those who do not have a particular career path in mind. Health & Social Care Learn about Healthy life styles, equal opportunities, communication, safeguarding vulnerable adults. This leads to opportunities to become a Social Worker, Midwife, Medical profession and related fields. External and Internal assessments with more than 1 opportunity to succeed.

Full time Health & Social care Course Extended Foundation Diploma in Health and Social care area, we have a full time course with work experience. This is again due to popular demand and is suitable for those with a definite career path in Health and Social care; You will study the core modules plus Medical Physics Applications in the Health Sector Genetics Biomedical Science Biochemistry for Health Complementary Therapies for Health and Social Care Health Psychology Nutritional Health

Chloe went on to Uni to do Midwifery Last year Business 5 students went on to study Business at Bristol, Southampton, Cardiff, Plymouth and Loughborough, some combined it with other subjects such as PE, some did a Business course on its own. Lewis, Dan, Kieran and Lyle, all now started their careers. Health & Social & CACHE Chloe went on to Uni to do Midwifery Steff went on to do Occupational Therapy Jo went on to Nursing This year We have had students accepted for Paediatric nursing, primary school teaching, law and event management.

Do you think you know what you want to do? Come and see us in Voc Ed Office Do not guess at what you should be doing, come and see us for expert advice. If you want to be a paramedic you HAVE to do a science, if you take the wrong A levels it may prevent you from going on to your chosen career early, you may have to take extra qualifications.
