Implementation progress of the SO 8. 3. 3 Implementation progress of the SO 8.3.3. ‘Develop skills of non-registered NEET and promote their participation in the education, PES measures in the framework of YG and NGOs and youth centres’ project ‘KNOW and DO!’ 2016

Agreements on collaboration with local municipalities Up to 10.11.2016. 65 agreements on collaboration within the project have been singed between agency and local municipalities At least 70 agreements will be signed up to 31.12.2016. According to the 65 agreements on collaboration with local municipalities is committed to involve 2618 young people of the target group (49.8% of the 5262 young people to be involved in the project). Overall, the project will involve at least 95 local municipalities

Implementation of programme manager and mentor training Till the end of the year it is planned that one more training session will be completed. Future training will be organized to the demand of local municipalities to ensure implementation of the project in each particular administrative territorial unit. 5 training courses for programme managers 90 programme managers trained 7 webinar training courses and 12 face-to-face training courses for mentors 201 mentors trained

Young people of target group involvement in the project Till the end of the year 2016, 339 young people of target according to agreements on collaboration will be involved in the project In foreseeable future 124** young people of target will be involved in the project Up to 04.11.2016. 55* young people of target group have participated in supported measures * 3 young people of target group have completed their individual support programme (3 – successfully, 0 – non-successfully). **Up to 25.10.2016. Eligibility check administrative assessment procedures of personal data of potential target group NEET’s has been carried out for 176 persons by AIPY. 30% (52 cases) of the verified personal data of potential target group NEET’s did not meet criteria of the project target group and according to their current status they could not be involved in the project.

Project budget outturn The total funding of the project is 9 million EUR including ESF funding 7.65 million EUR and national funding 1.35 million EUR. In order to facilitate the target group of youth involvement in the project, the Responsible authority has asked AIPY organize an information campaign in order to reach and inform about the opportunity to participate in the project to a wider audience, including NEET young relatives, etc. a person who could encourage young people to participate in the project, as well as contact again all local municipalities, which are not involved in the project.
