Leadership A leader is someone who has follower's and is a follower Don't be a dictator They have the capacity to make a vision reality Leading is social influence in achieving a goal by efforts of the people.

Skills Lead by example Step up when needed to Help out Do not expect your team to like the way you lead if you don't help them out or seem above doing work

Skills Passion Believe in what you are doing It drives and inspires innovation It makes the work worth doing Shows good character Inspires others to help seeing your passion also

Skills Staying organized Shows the team the leader knows what is going on and everything runs smoothly Jobs are assigned to people and are accomplished Everyone is a part of a team and has their job If a leader is disorganized and frantic, the team is frantic

Skills Taking responsibility As a leader, you take responsibility for what happens Good or bad Team expects a leader to be there for it all

Skills Communication Biggest skill I believe in leadership Communication is key. Clear, and concise information about assignments and tasks Notify team members when they are going good Provide constructive criticism when needed
