Graduation Requirements 1 online course 2.0 unweighted GPA 24 credits 4 Credits English Language Arts 4 Credits Mathematics Algebra I and Geometry required 3 Credits Science Biology I required 3 Credits Social Studies World History, US History, US Government & Economics with Financial Literacy 1 Credit Fine and Performing Arts, or Practical Arts 1 Credit Physical Education 8 Elective Credits

Testing Requirements Pass: Participate: Algebra 1 EOC FSA ELA Biology EOC Geometry EOC Algebra 2 EOC (if enrolled) US History EOC

Class Registration Process Day 1: Students will see a presentation given by school counselors in the classroom. Day 2: Students will discuss course placement options with their parents and teachers. Day 3: Students will meet with a school counselor to review and input their course requests in focus.

Class Registration Schedule 11th grade (rising seniors) will be scheduled on the week of February 6th. 9th grade (rising sophomores) will be scheduled on the week of February 13th. 10th grade (rising juniors) will be scheduled on the week of February 21st.

Advanced Classes AP Student takes the course and if they pass the exam they get college credit. Only at SHS Nationally recognized Dual Enrollment The grade you get is a permanent part of you college and high school transcript. Can be off campus or on campus

Pinellas Education Traditional High School Senior Scholarships Provides more than 100 different college scholarships to more than 250 high school seniors throughout Pinellas County. Scholarships range in focus from music and drama to science and math, and even sports. Some are designed for specific areas of study such as nursing or dentistry while others reward academic performance and community service, and many are based on financial need.
