To retrieve fault codes from the remote controller Press the ‘CHECK’ button for approximately ½ second Fault codes To clear fault codes from the remote controller Press the ‘CHECK’ button and hold for approximately 15 seconds

To retrieve fault codes from the outdoor unit interface PCB Set SW01, SW02 & SW03 to ‘1’ Fault codes UI - - Outdoor unit no. Fault code (‘- -’ = no fault)
