10 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Doing eKYC STEP 3 : The agent enters the 10 digit mobile Number of the Customer Only ONE Mobile number of a Customer can be eKYC verified. Important NOTE : Enter the Paytm registered mobile number of the customer…. If the Customer mobile wallet has already been upgraded, Paytm will verify through the OTP sent and flash appropriate message.
