3. Go to www.midglobalgate.com At the HOME page of our public site you will find “SIGN UP” at the top right hand corner Click “SIGN UP” and you will be directed to the SIGN UP page

4. Follow the instructions provided to fill up the sign up page to REGISTER

5. Once you are registered, go back to the HOME page on our public site At the top right hand corner you will see “LOGIN” Click “LOGIN” and a box will appear Type in your USERNAME and PASSWORD and click “LOGIN”

7. At the DASHBOARD, you will see Member’s Profile This function allows you to control personal details, bank details and to communicate with us online.

9. Change Password If your account is registered by your sponsor/up line with a default password, you should immediately change your password Click “ Change Password”. Key in the information required in the boxes provided and then click “UPDATE”

10. Support Tickets You can communicate with us in your online office. Click “ Support Tickets”. A box will be displayed. Click “ Create new support ticket” and key in your message under the appropriate Headings e.g., Technical Once you have completed your message, click “Close”

11. GENEALOGY TOOLS This function shows you your group’s network, directly sponsored by you and your down lines

12. To view your genealogy, click on “ view genealogy B” Each page shows only 3 levels of your genealogy. To view on further levels, click on any member at your last level on each page. You can get details on any member in your genealogy by placing your cursor over the name. Details like full names, member’s ID, etc.
