B App Usage 2b e-KYC with registered devices i Sign-Up DISCLAIMERS: e-KYC with registered Devices  Ekyc and rekyc flows will work on GG app v with Mantratech,Startek , cogent and Morpho till 30th September only. According to UIDAI circular, non registered devices will not be supported after 30th September,2017 (GG app v work with Non registered devices). In case there is an extension for support of  non registered devices after 30th September,2017 , the same will be informed to all stakeholders. All devices procured by paytm will be whitelisted by 30th September,2017. Devices procured from open market/ directly from vendor will need to be whitelisted if not done already. GG app v2.6 is compatible with Mantratech, Startek and Morpho devices only. Cogent is not supported on v2.6

This means that the merchant does not have a Paytm wallet registered with his mobile number What should you do in this case? Ask the merchant to download Paytm app and quickly register with Paytm to have a wallet linked to mobile number

If in 10 days, the lead is not submitted, then the lead expires and another agent can start working on it What should you do in this case? Wait for 10 days – if the lead is not submitted re submit the lead

GG app cannot work with this setting. What should you do in this case? Open settings and turn ON the highlighted below app -

4 Commonly occurring error screens Error #7 What does this error screen mean? On slow 2G networks, the images take time to get sent to the server. This error pops up in such cases. What should you do in this case? Check that you’re not logged out, not cleared app cache and data is on. Ensure no data clearing third party apps are installed on your device If you ensure these, please click on the lead which is marked “data incomplete”. If images have been uploaded, lead would not open. If lead opens, that means the pics have been erased and need to be uploaded again. If lead doesn’t open and still shows “data incomplete”, please ensure high speed data is available and click on sync button repeatedly.

4 Commonly occurring error screens Error #8 What does this error screen mean? You have entered a wrong OTP which does not match with what was sent to mobile number What should you do in this case? Try re entering the right OTP If the time limit has passed for an OTP request for a new OTP and use it.

4 Commonly occurring error screens Error #9 What does this error screen mean? It means the QR code is already assigned to an active number and cannot be re assigned to a new number What should you do in this case? Try scanning a different code.

4 Commonly occurring error screens Error #10 What does this error screen mean? In order for your fingerprint scanner to work with RD services, your scanner needs to be registered with UIDAI. If your dervice is not registered, then you will see this error message. What should you do in this case? You would have to contact your device vendors i.e mantra , startek or morpho and get your device WHITE LISTED. This process might follow some commercial settlement by your company to the vendor. Once white listing is done. You will be able to do eKYC with your scanners.
