Why was…? (8 mark question) – Explanation of a historical development You have to make a reasoned judgement on the topic in the question. The question does not want a 2-sided response. 2 Possible questions to answer: 1. Why was Stresemann important to the economic recovery of Germany between ? 2. Why was Stresemann important to the political developments within Germany between ? 3. Why was Stresemann important for Germany’s foreign policy between ? You have to answer one of these In your response you need to give reasons why Stresemann would be important in whatever the question asks! 8 mark question = spend roughly 12 minutes in exam (today I will give you 15 minutes to work on this)
