Chair Conseil départemental du Val de Marne (FRANCE) / Departmental Council of Val de Marne Direction des Services aux Personnes âgées et aux Personnes handicapées / Department of services for elderly and disabled people

Objectives - To develop and reinforce international co-operation, mutual learning, exchange of know-how, of cultural models and of experience in the public policies concerning disabled people; - To participate in innovative European projects;

Fields of intervention - General policies of disability; - Accessibility in urban space, in rights; - Employment : protected places and 1st Labour Market; - Citizenship and participation: allow equal participation of disabled people in public and political life; - Culture, sport and leisure; - Ageing of people whit disabilities;

Main achievement from 2007 since today Mapping of our organisations  Through presentations  Through study visits  Through study of cases EU funded projects  Design for all – accessibilty (2008 – 2010 / LEONARDO)  D-Active – citizenship (2010 – 2012 / GRUNDTVIG)  Training for Inclusion of Ageing people with Disabilities through Exchange – TRIADE ( /ERASMUS+-Strategic partnerships) Exchanges and study visits in the framework of our working group  Staff exchanges and people with the intellectual disability (In 2013 between Val-de- Marne and city of Stockholm and municipality of Eskilstuna) Organisation  Approximately 2 meetings per year

Meetings in meetings in 2015: January 28 th and 29 th 2015, Brussels, Kortrijk, Belgium  Presentations of experiences and innovative projects focused on inclusion of disabled people;  Preparation of TRIADE application, Erasmus +/Strategic partnerships; September 17 th and 18 th 2015, Klagenfurt, Austria  Connected with the ENSA General Assembly; November 20 th, Ivry sur Seine, France  Presentations of experiences and innovative projects focused on innovation of services and products for elderly and disabled people and on their autonomous mobility ;

EU submitted projects Training for Inclusion of Aging people with Disabilities through Exchange – TRIADE (Erasmus /2015), selected in 2015 in the frame of European programme ERASMUS +/Strategic Partnerships.

Special events and seminars - Passed events: -November 2015, Paris, France - Seminar on nutrition for elderly; -March Survey about the Public consultation on the review of the European Disability Strategy (ENSA European Network for Social Authorities- Coordination of TRIADE, Consortium of EU funded project “TRAINING FOR INCLUSION OF AGEING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TROUGH EXCHANGE) -April 2016, Dolo, Italy - Contact making seminar; - Futur events: -November Gérontohandicap, seminar on ageing people with disability issue, Val-de-Marne, France

Cooperation with other ENSA working groups Between ENSA working groups Disability and Elderly: on European projects bringing together issues in the field of disability and elderly (exemple European project TRIADE). on study visits, conferences and exchanges of best practices possibility to work together with other ENSA working groups.

Projects… New project proposals in 2017 : - on employment of psychic disabled people aged between 18 and 35 years old, Erasmus +/Strategic partnerships? - on cognitive and emotional development of people with intellectual disabilities? - on democratic issues and citizenship / intellectual disabilityEurope for citizens/City networks, ? - on accessibility ? - on new technologies ?
