Notecard Front of the Card First and Last Name Birthday What is your spirit animal? Why? Favorite Food Back of the Card One goal for this year. One fear/concern for this year.

How well can you follow directions? Read all of the directions below before you begin: 1)Take out a piece of paper. 2)Write your first and last name on the top left corner.Underneath your name, draw a picture of your immediate family (it doesn’t have to be perfect). 3)Stand up and do ten jumping jacks. Safely! 4)Underneath the picture of your family, write one word that describes you. 5)Go give Ms. Fraser a high five. 6)To the right of the word you wrote that describes you, write as many multiples of 12 that you can think of. 7)Stand up and spin around counter clockwise 3 times. 8)Turn your paper over and draw a BIG smiley face. 9)Only complete Problem 1 and 2, then sit quietly waiting for further directions.

Homework Read over the newsletter with a parent tonight. Bring back confirmation with your signature and a parent’s signature by tomorrow. You will need a composite notebook by Thursday, September 8th.
