© British Nutrition Foundation 2006www.nutrition.org.uk/cookclub Equipment Mixing bowl, sieve, weighing scales, baking tray, sharp knife, measuring spoons, measuring jug, flour dredger, rolling pin, fork, chopping board, cooling rack and grater.
