16 www.licencetocook.org.uk© Crown copyright 2008 Top tips When lining the baking tin it is only necessary to line the bottom of the tin. The sides can be greased with oil. For a tasty alternative, try pear and ginger, or plum and cinnamon. You can also use the all in one method for this recipe.
