4 Spanish National Climate Change Adaptation Plan (PNACC) GENERAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE COORDINATION BETWEEN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS IN THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE ASSESSMENTS OF THE IMPACTS, VULNERABILITY AND ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE IN SPAIN. Axis of normative integration of adaptation to climate change General objective- inclusion of adaptation to climate change in sectoral rules and regulations (national and regional level) taking into account EU policies.
