If a vacancy is placed with Infinity Hunt, how will we go about filling the position? The vacancy will be advertised on various leading national and international job sites/Social Networking Sites. We will conduct a full search of our internal database, external database and Social Networking Sites. Each Candidate who is the best fit for the job will receive a call from a fully trained consultant to discuss the position and to conduct a telephonic interview from our side. Amongst the various things, we would also discuss the candidate salary, expectations, qualifications, notice period, reason to leave the current job, etc. The information gathered from the telephonic interview and the CV will then be reviewed and a final decision on weather to present the candidate would be made. How will Infinity Hunt manage interview process? Candidates would be informed by phone to confirm interview availability following a client interview request. Once a suitable time is confirmed, then the candidate would be sent “Interview Call Letter” which contains information of contact person in the client company, full address of the client company, interview date and time, etc. As a final check, the candidate will receive a call from us 4 hours prior to the interview to confirm the candidate’s attendance. Following the interview, we would speak to the candidates to obtain their feedback, which we will then pass to the client verbally or via .

How will Infinity Hunt deal will the offers of Employment? Infinity Hunt will make the offer verbally to the candidate as per the offer received from the client and will confirm the candidate’s verbal acceptance. We will then forward the confirmation to the client and request them to release the offer. If the offer is declined by the candidate, we will ascertain if there is anything that can be done to turn the situation around. If the offer is accepted, then we will be in touch with the candidate, deal with any questions regarding the offer/contract, confirm that the candidate has resigned, obtain a start date and keep in touch with the candidate till he joins the client’s company.
